Yes. Joining is completely free. TopHawks never charges a registration, training or assignment fee. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and report it to enterprise@tophawks.com.
How much can I earn as a mystery shopper?
Every assignment pays a fixed fee that depends on its type, city and effort involved. The fee and any purchase reimbursement are shared in the assignment brief before you accept, so you always know what you will earn.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Freshers are welcome. We share a clear brief and checklist for every assignment. Attention to detail, honesty and on-time reporting matter more than experience.
How will I receive assignments?
Once your profile is approved, our team shares assignments that match your city and profile on WhatsApp or email. You can accept only the assignments that suit your schedule.
Which cities do you cover?
TopHawks runs mystery shopping in 232+ cities across India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Patna. If your city is not listed in the form, choose "Other" and enter it.
How long does an assignment take?
Most assignments take 30 to 90 minutes, including the visit and the report. Detailed audits, such as showroom or branch evaluations, can take longer; the time needed is mentioned in the brief.
When and how do I get paid?
You are paid after your report is reviewed and approved. Payment timelines and method are confirmed during onboarding and in each assignment brief.
Can students and homemakers apply?
Yes. Anyone aged 18 or above with a smartphone and the time to complete assignments can apply, including students, homemakers, freelancers and working professionals.
