Privacy and Cookie Notice

Translucent Pixel Otter Pvt. Ltd. operates tophawks.com (“Top Hawks”, “we”). This notice explains what personal information the website collects, where it goes, and how cookies are used. Questions: privacy@tophawks.com.
1. Information you give us through forms
Enquiry and service forms (home, contact, data collection, brand activation): name, company, email, phone, service or activation type, project scale, geography or target cities, budget range where asked, and your message or brief.
Mystery shopper application: name, phone, email, gender, age, city, travel radius, transport, income bracket, device, payment-card types held, occupation, experience and your message. This form has a required consent checkbox.
We use this information to respond to enquiries and assess applications.
2. Where form data goes
Forms run on Contact Form 7. Submissions are saved in the website’s database (through the Flamingo plugin), which is hosted with Hostinger. Submissions that are not flagged as spam are sent by email through Top Hawks’ email service (Zoho) and are added to a Google Sheets tracker used by Top Hawks. An automatic reply may also be sent to the address you entered. Submissions flagged as spam are not emailed or added to the sheet. Google reCAPTCHA checks forms for spam and abuse.
3. HawkAI chat assistant
The site has a chat assistant (HawkAI). What you type is sent to OpenAI to produce replies and for content moderation. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat. The assistant may keep the conversation in your browser’s local storage on your device.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Always on: cookies that remember your cookie choice, and cookies the site needs to work.
Loaded before you choose: Google reCAPTCHA (spam checks) and Google Fonts. These contact Google servers when a page loads.
Statistics (off until you allow it): Google Analytics (cookies such as _ga, _ga_DKB4961GQ4, _gid, _gat). If you allow only Statistics, the tested advertising cookies and remarketing and audience requests stay blocked and Google’s advertising signals are set to denied, while limited cookieless measurement signals may still reach Google advertising services.
Marketing (off until you allow it): Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags used for advertising measurement (for example the _gcl_au cookie).
Choose Accept, Reject or View preferences in the banner. If you do not choose, or you choose Reject, the Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads tags on this site are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the Manage consent button. Withdrawing consent stops these tags on later page views. It does not delete cookies already set on your device; you can clear them in your browser settings.
5. Other companies that handle information
Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, reCAPTCHA, Fonts, Sheets), OpenAI (HawkAI), Zoho (email) and Hostinger (hosting). Their own policies apply to their processing.
6. How long we keep information
We do not have a regular deletion schedule for form submissions, emails or the tracker sheet. The website’s email log is set to keep entries for 6 months.
